We offer support tailored to elderly passengers and passengers with reduced mobility to ensure their comfort and safety throughout their journey. This service requires a booking.<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

There is a dedicated area for you in the departure zone; this is where you will be met. <\/strong>If you are unaccompanied and are unable to make your way to this meeting point, you can report your arrival via the emergency call points:<\/p>

  • Two call points have been installed in the commercial car park in front of the terminal, near the seven parking spaces reserved for people with disabilities and reduced mobility, to call the service provider; ;\u00a0<\/li>
  • An emergency telephone is installed in the official car park near the spaces reserved for ambulances and private hire vehicles; ;\u00a0<\/li>
  • \u00a0\u2028Inside the terminal, the information desk \u2013 which features a lowered counter to accommodate passengers with reduced mobility \u2013 also serves as a reception point. There you will find a call point for the service provider.<\/li><\/ul>

    A range of services are also available along the passenger route:<\/strong><\/p>

    • In the start area, people with reduced mobility have access to toilets next to the first-aid post and may also use the public toilets located in the central area; ;\u00a0<\/li>
    • A range of options are available to assist passengers in getting to the aircraft, depending on the severity of their disability: wheelchairs, \u00abHelp\u00bb (a lift vehicle), golf trolleys, etc. \u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

      Assistance from the pick-up point to boarding:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Assistance with check-in, security procedures, and emigration and customs formalities; ;<\/li>
      • Assistance on the way to the boarding gate; ;<\/li>
      • Assistance with boarding and disembarking (to and from the aircraft seat if required); ;<\/li>
      • Assistance with collecting luggage, immigration procedures and customs formalities; ;<\/li>
      • Assistance to the point where the journey continues (car park, bus, taxi, etc.); ;<\/li>
      • Help with going to the toilet.<\/li><\/ul>

        Passengers with reduced mobility travelling with their own wheelchair (including electric wheelchairs) or any other mobility equipment may use it right up to the aircraft.<\/p>

        When booking<\/strong>, it is important to specify the nature and degree of the disability. Please also specify the type of wheelchair (manual or electric) if necessary. Please provide the travel agent with the international code corresponding to the level of assistance required, in accordance with the international classification:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

        • WCH R: If you can move around slowly and climb stairs, but need a wheelchair for longer journeys.<\/li>
        • WCH S: If you can manage just a few steps from the aircraft door to your seat.<\/li>
        • WCH C: If you are unable to take even a single step, you will be assisted throughout the journey.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
